The Nautilus welcomes you with old school southern charm, the ultimate in amenities & is dog friendly & has a salt-water, heated pool!

Our home features 2-story, wrap-around porches, light filled interiors, open & spacious floor plans, hard wood floors and gorgeous pine ceilings. This is a spectacular retreat for families & large groups seeking rest & relaxation and only 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean beaches!

The ground level is for parking up to 5 cars, the POOL, games and outdoor shower. You will enter the home on the 2nd story wrap-around porch resplendent with cushy bed-swings and a plethora of cozy vignettes for dining, relaxing & delighting in the ocean breezes.

The 2nd level of the home has a spacious living room and 3 of your themed guest bedrooms. First is the Pineapple Room with a full size bed, smart TV and full bathroom. The Flamingo & The Seahorse bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with shower/tub combo and each bedroom has its own vanity in the bedroom! Both bedrooms have memory-foam king beds and wall-mounted smart TVs.

Up to the 3rd, top level you find the deluxe kitchen is equipped with a large granite island & bar seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and Jura gourmet espresso/cappuccino maker. Of course, there is also a traditional drip coffee maker for the purists. The gas grill is on the porch of this level for the grill master to enjoy.

The light-filled, spacious floor plan is adorned with knotty pine ceilings over the dining area and the second of 2 separate living rooms. Located on this floor is also the master bedroom suite. It boasts a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a step-in shower, a walk-in closet and a smart TV.

The pièce de resistance is of course: the heated POOL! Enjoy a refreshing dip then catch some rays in the many lounge chairs and tables surrounding the patio. Some can play ping pong (the table is on casters and can be slid outside) or toss some corn hole games. The Owners have provided pool floaties. Don’t forget the warm & cold enclosed outdoor shower! Please rinse off sand after a day at the beach before entering the house or diving into the pool.

The beauty of The Nautilus is in the many spaces people can gather, for solitude or chit-chat. Every detail of this home is well executed and inviting for families and groups of friends seeking a memorable beach vacation.

POOL: We can offer the pool as heated by require $75 per day to operate the heating system. Please request this option upon reserving the home. Guests are strictly prohibited from touching pool heater/equipment.

PARKING is available in driveway for a MAX of 5 vehicles. NO RVs or trailers allowed. No parking on grass.

PETS: The Nautilus is DOG friendly for 2 dogs only. Sorry, no cats. We require a $100 PER PET, NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE. AIRBNB DOES NOT SHOW THIS.
Please specify at the time of reserving the number & size of dog/s. Tybee Island does NOT allow dogs on the beach or in dunes.

OCCUPANCY: We have a maximum capacity of 8 people (including children/infants) at any time, no exceptions.

NOISE: This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort. This is a family oriented neighborhood, and any violators may be evicted and/or fined.
NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS.
NO EVENTS.

Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:
LARGER properties, such as this, are more difficult to book, therefore we have a strict policy.
NO refunds for any reason including, but not limited to illness, death in the family, event cancellation, weather, hurricane, or airline issues. Therefore, we STRONGLY recommend purchasing "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON" TRAVEL INSURANCE.

    This home was clean, comfortable and quiet. The fenced yard was great for our dogs and the pool was pretty to look at. We paid for it to be heated, but it never got warm enough for us to get in, it was like ice. Overall though we would stay here again.

    We (two families of four) had a great week at the Nautilus. The house has a great layout and the pool was the perfect afternoon retreat. The beach and restaurants are in walking distance. Suzanne, the property manager, was very responsive and helped make it a great stay.

    We had a great time vacationing in this house. The house is very comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. The espresso machine was a big hit. The bottom floor offers plenty of room for table tennis action. The wrap around decks are fantastic for sitting outside and enjoying the breeze. The beach is only a short walk. All the history, restaurants and shopping that Savannah has to offer is only a short drive away. Management was very responsive leading up to our vacation and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend.
