This stunning fully renovated garden/ground level suite in an historic 1854 townhome overlooking charming Chatham Square. This prime location is just one block from Forsyth Park and the neighborhood contains some of the city’s best row houses. It’s a short walk from a variety of museums and historic sites, as well as restaurants, grocery stores, and shops.

Living room features flatscreen smart tv with cable, Wi-Fi and sleeper sofa. The dining room seats four and the newly renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Washer/dryer located in unit. Master bedroom feature queen bed and en suite bathroom with large shower. The suite has a shared courtyard with lovely fountain.

Gather for meals in the dining room and admire the Razzia Louis Vuitton posters and the original brick floors and walls. This striking 1854 townhome mixes timeless furnishings with rich patterns and accents for a robust atmosphere with hints of eclecticism.

This townhouse is part of Savannah's historic GORDON ROW. Gordon Row was built in two phases between 1852 and 1854. In the first phase, the 3 or 4 houses on each end of the block were built and in the second phase the middle portion was built. There are a total of 15 houses in the row.

The houses were built in the Federalist (US) or Regency Style (UK). Each house is four stories high and contains about 3,300 square feet. The Federalist Style emphasizes square, classical features, plain decorations and mirror image rooms.

Once reserved, you will receive multiple emails from our booking software called ESCAPIA. Please check your spam/junk folders for emails from Escapia and/or Luxury Living Savannah.

Minimum age to reserve is 25 years of age. NO pets or smoking.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 2 people at all/any time, including infants/children.

PARKING INFO:
1. This property has metered street parking Monday through Friday, free on Saturday/Sunday. City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block. You can download the phone APP "PARK SAVANNAH" to pay meters from your phone
OR
Visitor Parking Day Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office (100 East Bryan Street)
2. Luxury Living Savannah has 4 reserved parking spaces that we offer for rent located about 4 blocks away. We charge $20 per night, per parking space and this can be added to your booking charges. Please arrange for this at time of booking your reservation.

Cancellations:
If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the credit card processing fee. We use a 3rd party credit card processing company & they do NOT refund these fees to us if a guest cancels.
You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee PLUS the credit card processing fee.
This is regardless of VRBO’s policy.

  The rental was just as described and was adorable! We loved our stay there. While it wasn’t super hot when we were in Savannah, it might have been problematic that the AC doesn’t go below 70 bc of some type of issue. It would’ve been a bit toasty if the temp outside was higher.

  PERFECT. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. Gordon Street is the picture perfect Savannah street with all the squares and beautiful oaks with Spanish moss and gas lighted homes.

  Gordon Street is beautiful with all the row homes. The property was amazing with a little courtyard in the back with its own little fountain. It is beautifully updated but with all the old world charm of a row house. The bathroom alone is worth rebooking for.
  
  Forsyth park is right around the corner. And each time you step outside the door you are looking at Chatham Square.
  
  We chose to use Lyft instead of figuring out parking. That was a good decision. Parking seemed like an unnecessary point of stress.
  
  It was perfect and we will be back. Very soon.

  We loved our stay and the location was perfect. The city is very walkable and this place was exactly what we were looking for. My only suggestions would be to have the AC serviced as it was not as cool as we would have liked. I think it would be great if the front iron gate locked from the inside but we still felt safe. I also think the address sign on the iron gate could be more charming to match the perfection of the inside. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. The property was very clean and well maintained.

We appreciated the detailed binder that was left for us which helped us decide on restaurants as well as made the checking-out process very easy. The only thing we wished was different was the check- in time. We felt as though check-in was super late and check-out time was so early compared to how late we were able to get into our vancation rental.

  We loved the property! The space was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was fabulous and parking was easy. However, on Saturday night, the people in the home above us kept us up all night and into the morning. They were running around and moving furniture all night long. It was absolutely crazy. It was like they were reorganizing the apartment and working in a major project. It was not a good experience. Unfortunately their inconsiderate actions negatively affected our vacation.

  Comfy bed, great and clean kitchen, strong internet. Convenient location to walk to almost everything! A couple of cautions, lots of trip hazards due to loose carpet and small step ups/step downs. Fan stayed on the entire time despite us trying to set temperature higher, but still comfortable. We found about 3 very small glass shards on the floor, but luckily did not step on them. Looks like someone previously broke a glass on the brick floor. The reserved parking place is about 4 blocks away, $20/day, but worked well for us. We had our best dinner at the Olde Pink House.

  This is a wonderful place to stay! Great location, within 2 blocks of free DOT trolley stops and within walking distance of many things to see and do. Clean and well maintained.
