This is the most charming, "Savannah-centric" home! Upon entering into the charming living space with original brick fireplace (only decorative). Off the living room you'll find the sunny kitchen, fully-equipped with every cooking essential.
Upstairs, the master bedroom with king bed and generous storage - ideal for extended stays. The full bath with tub/shower combo and double vanity is en suite.

Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the large courtyard separating the carriage from the main house.
A washer and dryer are also available in the courtyard and shared with other guests.

Nearby attractions include The Sorrel-Weed House, Green-Meldrim House, Mercer Williams House Museum, and the Fountain at Forsyth Park. Head North just a short walk towards the National Landmark Historic District center, with Broughton Street being the go-to for shopping and dining. Both City Market and River Street are a 15-minute walk from this home.

Once reserved you will receive Guest Info from our booking software called ESCAPIA. Please check your spam folders for emails from Luxury Living Savannah and/or Escapia.

PARKING INFO:
There is no parking at the home. This is located on a LANE/alley so the closet street parking is one block in any direction.
1. Luxury Living Savannah has 4 privately reserved parking spaces (a few blocks away) that are available to our guests for rent. We charge $20 per night, per space and this can be added to your reservation charges. Please arrange for this at time of booking and provide vehicle tag number & state. (for this property, most guests appreciate our private spaces because street parking is difficult to find)
2. All of downtown has metered, on-street parking. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block.

* Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office at 100 East Bryan Street. Please call them with any questions about parking in the city, 912.651.6470.

Cancellations:
If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the credit card processing fee. We use a 3rd party credit card processing company & they do NOT refund these fees to us if a guest cancels.
You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee PLUS the credit card processing fee.
This is regardless of VRBO’s policy.

OCCUPANCY: We NEVER allow more than 2 people, including infants/children, at the property at ANY/ALL times.
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED! NO BACHELORETTE/BACHOLOR GROUPS!
No pets or smoking allowed.

  Perfect Location, we were able to walk all over the historic district without using the car. Parking was easy, we used the Liberty Garage and a nearby street which were really close by. The cottage was super cozy and very clean. They supplied everything that we needed, and I was able to cook full meals in the kitchen without any issue. The host was extremely helpful and fast with anything that we needed. Lots of cute shops and stores to visit all over the town, we loved it! Definitely would stay here again.

  Our stay in the Charlton Lane Carriage House was perfect! The house was exactly as pictured and the exposed brick walls were my favorite feature. They added so much character to the space. The location of the carriage house couldn’t have been better. We were right in the middle of the Historic District and steps away from many must-do’s in Savannah!
